and remodels. Scott Design and Title 24 also does heating, ventilating, and air conditioning designs for residential and commercial buildings. We will see the project through until the designs meet all building department requirements. Any changes or additions required by the plan checker will be corrected as part of the project. Tim Scott, the President / CEO of Scott Design and Title 24, Inc., has over 43 years of experience designing HVAC systems and has been in Palm Desert, CA since 1993. He has been doing Title 24 energy calculations, as required by the State of California, since 1978. Currently, he uses the EnergyPro compliance program by Energysoft for both residential and nonresidential applications. He also has experience working with the REScheck energy compliance program used by the US Department of Energy and is a member of California Association of Building Energy Consultants (CABEC).
